Nestled on Tourism Road in the heart of General Luna, Bànay is more than a bakery — it's the morning ritual of Siargao's surf community, the afternoon retreat of travellers, and the sweet ending to every island day.

Our gelato has converted even the most discerning Italian visitors. Our mortadella bun is the island's most talked-about sandwich.
